  • Full Inventory of furnishings & statement of condition carried out.
  • Arrangement of furnishings, white goods etc. (where applicable).
  • Collection of rent and forwarded to you monthly by electronic transfer.
  • Arrange & carry out Energy Performance Certificates which are a legal requirement.
